Sundance.com — September 25, 2018–The Sundance Institute will host its 2017 Sundance Awards ceremony on Friday night.
The annual awards show will mark the 100th anniversary of the festival’s founding in 1897.
The event will be broadcast live on cable channels including CNN, ABC, Univision, and TNT.
The Sundaeswill honor the film and television industries that helped shape the culture and the art of filmmaking over the past 100 years.
The show will also include a special presentation from Sundance alumna Meryl Streep, as well as other luminaries from the film, television, and digital worlds.
